Introduction

Great Point is a Helsinki-based strategy consultancy led by Jaakko Tapaninen. He works with municipalities, museums, scale-ups, and other forward-thinking organizations to sharpen their message and clarify their purpose. Through strategic storytelling, dialogue, and insight, Jaakko helps leaders communicate complex ideas in ways that actually resonate.

When he reached out to us, he was looking to refresh his online presence that better reflected the quality of his work. The goal was to create a modern website that could support his consulting, podcast, and thought leadership all in one place.

Misaligned Strategy

As a consultant helping others sharpen their message, Great Point’s own website wasn’t making the strongest case. The old WordPress website suffered from slow loading speed and didn’t reflect the clarity or professionalism of the services offered. The brand identity felt mismatched, and the visual structure made it hard for visitors to quickly understand what the business was about.

On top of that, the podcast, an important part of Jaakko’s work, was hosted elsewhere, splitting the audience and weakening the overall presence.

From Good to great!

A simple website fix wasn’t enough. We proposed a full rebrand to bring clarity and consistency to Great Point’s identity. This included a new logo, a refreshed visual style, and a detailed brand guideline, built to support the business as it grows and evolves.

With the branding in place, we designed and developed a new Webflow site that reflects Great Point’s expertise. We also embedded nearly 100 podcast episodes directly on the site, creating a seamless experience for visitors and keeping everything under one roof.

The new Webflow site loads fast, looks sharp, and works across devices. Great Point now has a consistent brand experience from the website to podcast pages to future marketing.

The integrated CMS makes it easy to update blog posts and podcast episodes without technical help. With a clear structure and modern design, the site supports business growth and builds trust with potential clients.
