Each pricing plan includes a dedicated design and strategy team, clearly defined deliverables, structured workflows, regular progress updates, and ongoing support. The exact scope depends on the selected plan, but every option is designed to produce measurable business outcomes, not just individual design tasks.
No. There are no hidden fees.All costs are clearly defined upfront. If additional work falls outside the agreed scope, it will always be discussed and approved in advance before any billing takes place
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your evolving needs. Plan changes are handled with a short notice period to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of work.
We offer three flexible billing options depending on the project scope and timeline:
Installment payments (3–6 months)
The total project cost is divided into equal monthly installments over a 3–6 month period. The first payment is made at project start, after which work begins immediately.
One-time upfront payment
The full project fee is paid once at the start of the project. Work begins after payment is received.
Milestone-based payments
Billing is tied to agreed project milestones. A 50% upfront payment is required before the project starts. The remaining balance is divided across milestones, typically 25% at the first major milestone and 25% at final handoff. For projects with additional milestones, payments are distributed accordingly.
All billing structures are agreed upon in advance, with clear payment schedules and no unexpected charges.
Yes. Custom pricing is available for projects with specific requirements, complex scopes, or unique business needs. Pricing is based on workload, complexity, and strategic impact.
We evaluate each case individually.If you are an early-stage company with clear goals and realistic scope, we are happy to discuss flexible solutions that align with your growth stage.
If additional work is required beyond the plan’s scope, we will propose an adjusted scope or recommend a plan upgrade. No extra work is billed without prior discussion and approval.
