Ovido
Migrating Ovido's product compliance platform from WordPress to Webflow. Rebuilding every page that Ovido's team can manage after the handoff.

Introduction
Ovido is a Helsinki-based B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered tools for the textile and fashion industry. Their platform helps brands and manufacturers collect, manage, and share product data across their supply chain, covering product information management, Digital Product Passports, and automated compliance tracking through their AI agent, Lumi. Trusted by over 40 apparel and textile businesses across Europe, Ovido is on a mission to make regulatory compliance and product traceability simple, affordable, and accessible for teams of any size.

A WordPress site that was holding a fast-moving startup back.
Ovido is building the compliance infrastructure for the next generation of textile and fashion brands. Their product was sharp, their team was growing, and their customer list was expanding across Europe. Their WordPress website was not keeping pace. Content updates depended on developer involvement, the site's architecture didn't reflect where the product had evolved, and the three pillars of what Ovido offers PIM, DPP, and AI-powered compliance, weren't landing clearly for visitors. They needed a site that could grow with them, and that the team could manage without outside help.
Turning AI designs from Figma layouts into a fully managed Webflow site.
Working from Ovido's Figma reference layouts, we migrated the entire site from WordPress to Webflow and rebuilt every page from the ground up. We set up the full Webflow project architecture including CMS structures for the blog and case studies, so the team could populate and manage content without touching a line of code. In a joint session with our lead designer John, we reviewed the existing design direction and gave input on how to carry the Ovido brand consistently across all pages. The build covered the homepage, three solution pages for DPP, PIM, and Compliance, a Book a Demo page, and CMS-powered templates for both blog posts and case studies. Every page was built mobile-responsive from the start. Basic SEO fields including meta titles, meta descriptions, and Open Graph tags were implemented across the site, with copy provided by the Ovido team. Existing WordPress blog posts were also migrated as part of the handover.
A fast, on-brand website the Ovido team can manage on their own.
Ovido now runs on a Webflow site that matches the ambition of the product behind it. The team has full editorial control over their blog, case studies, and page content without relying on a developer for every update. The CMS structure is clean and intuitive, making it straightforward to add new case studies and blog posts as the business grows. Full project access was transferred to the client on completion, giving them complete ownership of the site going forward. The result is a website that works as hard as the team behind it.
