Urakointiplus
A full website redesign and SEO content overhaul for a Finnish field service management SaaS. Built to convert contractors who are tired of managing their business across a dozen spreadsheets and apps.

Introduction
Urakointi+ helps Finnish contractors ditch the chaos of juggling multiple tools. One system, from quote to invoice. As their first SaaS client, we redesigned their website and overhauled their content strategy to better communicate that value to the right audience.

Too many tools on the toolbelt
Urakointi+ had built a genuinely useful product, a customizable management system that helps Finnish contractors run their entire operation from a single platform. But their website wasn't communicating any of that effectively.
The first issue was messaging. Visitors landing on the site had no clear idea what Urakointi+ actually did or why it was different from any other management software. The value proposition was buried, and the language wasn't speaking to the contractors it was meant to serve.
The second issue was structure. There was no logical user flow guiding visitors toward a demo booking or contact form. The site had some industry-specific pages, for glaziers, roofers, and others, but they were underdeveloped and inconsistent, doing little to convince a skeptical contractor that this system was built for their specific trade.
The third issue was appearance. The site looked dated. For a software company asking businesses to trust them with their entire operational data, looking unpolished is a credibility problem, not just an aesthetic one. In a niche B2B market where decisions are rarely impulsive, that first impression carries a lot of weight.



Built from the ground up
We approached the Urakointi+ project as a full strategic redesign, not just a visual refresh. The goal was to build a site that could do real sales work: attract the right visitors, communicate the product's value clearly, and convert interest into booked demos.
We started with the messaging. Working closely with the Urakointi+ team, we restructured how the product was presented, leading with the contractor's pain points rather than software features. The language was made direct and trade-specific, so a roofer or an earthmover landing on the site would immediately feel like it was made for them.
From there, we built out a proper industry page structure. Each target segment, glaziers, land construction companies, fire stopping specialists, cold appliance service companies, and general contractors, got a dedicated page with tailored copy, relevant use cases, and clear calls to action. These weren't generic pages with swapped logos; they were written to address the exact operational frustrations each trade faces daily.
The overall site architecture was redesigned around a conversion flow, guiding visitors step by step from understanding the product to booking a meeting. Every page had a defined purpose and a clear next step. Alongside the structural work, we optimized all content for SEO, researching relevant Finnish-language keywords for each industry segment and integrating them naturally into the copy, so Urakointi+ could build long-term organic visibility in the searches that actually matter.



A site that works like the software should
The redesigned Urakointi+ website is a structured, professional, and conversion-focused platform that finally matches the quality of the product it represents. Each industry segment now has a dedicated home on the site, a page that speaks their language, addresses their specific challenges, and gives them a clear reason to book a demo. As well as a product page, which was missing in the old site.
The messaging is sharp and consistent throughout. From the homepage hero to the deepest industry page, the visitor always knows what Urakointi+ does, who it's for, and what to do next. The outdated, fragmented impression of the old site has been replaced with something that feels trustworthy and modern — the kind of digital presence a B2B SaaS company needs to compete seriously.
The SEO groundwork has been laid for each target industry, giving Urakointi+ a strong foundation to build organic traffic over time. While it's still early to report concrete numbers, the site is now technically and structurally positioned to rank, something the old site simply wasn't capable of.
For Wauu!, this project marked an important milestone: our first SaaS client. It demonstrated that our design and content approach, rooted in user flow, clear messaging, and conversion intent translates just as effectively to software products as it does to traditional service businesses.
